Payment
via credit card or bank account transfer
10% deposit on booking, refundable provided cancelation is done more than 30 days before arrival,
90%, 30 days before arrival, non-refundable
If arrival date is less than 30 days from booking, then 100% payment applies upon booking
If prior to your arrival governmental travel restrictions are announced, your booking will be transferred to a future agreed date.
Prices
Rates include VAT and local taxes.
Bank Details
Company bank details to be provided at booking time.
Contract validity
The contract is hereby agreed that becomes into effect and is considered as signed by both parties, after payment is made in full and is visible in company’s bank account.
If the payment is not made within 30 days prior to arrival, the booking is considered as cancelled and the company can offer the property to other customers.
Check in/out
Arrival time is set to be at 15:00
Departure time is set to be 11:00
Please contact us for a different arrangement.
Cleaning
For bookings more than 10 days, every 5 days cleaning and new bedsheets / towels will be provided, unless otherwise is agreed.
For one-week bookings, one cleaning and new bedsheets / towels will be provided, around the mid of your stay, to be agreed.
For less than a week booking, there will be no mid stay cleaning.
During your stay
Tenant should not make any disturbance, nuisance, annoyance or inconvenience to neighboring, adjoining or adjacent property or the owners or occupiers of them and will not organize any events at the Villa. The tenant agrees not to cause or allow any damage or loss to the Villa and its contents and is liable for any damage done during the contract period apart from those caused due to ordinary use.

The website under the domain name https://naxosdunes.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website“) is a website operated by “K4LEISURE SINGLE MEMBER P.C” (5 Paster Str., postal code 11521 ATHENS, registered in Greece under registration number 159083903000, hereinafter referred to as “K4Leisure” or “we/us/our”).
The present Terms of Use (hereinafter “Terms of Use”) aim to set forth a clear guide of use of the Website and related services which are made available to you together with other site specific rules posted on our Website, as the case may be. Prior to browsing the Website and making any transaction within it, please ensure that you have thoroughly read the present Terms of Use. Access and use of the Website is deemed as an unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you are required to abstain from using the Website.

Provided that you comply with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, K4Leisure grants you free of charge a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable and non-assignable license to access the Website and its content and in general use it for the purpose herein stipulated. In this regard, you are entitled to download and/or copy and/or store contents of the Website for strictly personal use and not for commercial purposes, without deleting the indications of its source and provided that you don’t infringe any proprietary rights of K4Leisure and/or third parties.

Any dispute that should arise out of or in connection with the Terms of Use and cannot be amicably resolved shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, without prejudice to conflict of laws rules.
6.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, it will be severed from the rest of these Terms of Use, which shall remain valid and in effect.
6.3 No delay or failure by us to exercise any powers, rights or remedies under the Terms of Use will operate as a waiver of them, nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them.
