(orignal Booking review Aug’25) – “We were two families (7 people) and the house was perfectly designed for that. Very tastefully furnished, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, and there’s even a dryer in addition to the washing machine. There are two covered areas so you have a shady spot all day long. Wonderful chill-out area and dining area. Everything is very well thought out, with sockets and lights. Within walking distance there is a very good bakery with delicious croissants. Otherwise, you will need a car to reach all the beautiful beaches. Within walking distance there is also a beach with incredibly clear, turquoise water. A beach for kitesurfing and windsurfing is also nearby, and there is a great atmosphere there. There and from the house you can see fantastic sunsets. The villas are exactly as advertised and a short walk to a beautiful beach. A well stocked supermarket and very friendly restaurants are a short drive away. The main town is about a 25-30 minute drive from where you can catch ferries to Mykonos and Santorini, so Naxos is a great base and has a more traditional island feel. Vassilis is an excellent host… proactive with instructions on how to access the property and available when needed.”, Dave

Traveled with the family, 6 adults, we had plenty of space throughout the house which was well planned, the patios with the pool were fantastic. The kitchen had everything you need. The house is located near a bakery and there are several good restaurants nearby. About a 10 minute walk to the beach which is absolutely magical with a fine sandy beach and the crystal blue sea. The views of the Aegean and neighboring Paros, the beautifully landscaped garden, the pool with outdoor dining and lounging area––all of it made for an idyllic setting. The house was immaculately clean when we showed up and the rooms were well-apportioned for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. We spent time in the refreshing pool and at Kastraki beach, which is a 7-min walk away (driving 3 min was also an option). While we had plans to visit other beaches around the island, we ended up spending all of our beach time at the local Kastraki Beach––such a beautiful beach! I would also recommend Taverna Axiotissa, which is about a 5-min drive away. Baker’s Box is also great for pastries and sandwiches, and Vigla Grill was walkable and great for takeout. Vassilis was a wonderful host & very communicative & attentive––he even flew in from Athens to check on us. Could not recommend Villa Fryni more.”, Dave
