(original Airbnb review Jun’25) – “The villa is beautiful and plenty of space for 6-7 people. Vasillis is super prompt and easy to get a hold of. The air conditioning works great and the washer and dryer really comes in handy. Kitchen was very well stocked, we didn’t feel like we wanted for anything. Pool deck and landscaping is breathtaking. Location wise you can walk to a few restaurants and the beach nearby is a 15 min walk via path. The easiest check in and check out of any Airbnb we’ve stayed at and no bizarre directions for check out. Vasillis makes it easy as a guest to just show up and not worry about anything. Within 5 min of driving you’ll find a wonderful market and coffee shop and many, many charming tabernas within 10 minutes of driving.”, Jason

(Original Airbnb review May’25) – “Staying at Villa Fryni was like a dream. The pictures don’t do it justice. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay. If you are looking to stay a bit away from the crowds, this is the place. It’s secluded and peaceful but also within walking distance to a local store, bakery and a low key beach. Vasillis was a wonderful host and had wine and bottled water in the fridge to welcome us. He had a lot of thoughtful touches – a coffee maker for American coffee, OTC meds in the bathroom and guide books for local recommendations. The pool deck was amazing – the pool, the comfy beach chairs and two outdoor spaces for lunch/dinner/drinks. Staying on Naxos at this gorgeous villa was the highlight of our two week vacation in Italy and Greece. I would recommend anyone to stay here. And I hope to return sometime soon!”, Sara

The home was well appointed with many different areas, inside and out to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The beds were very comfortable, AC cooled the house well when needed and there was an abundance of hot water when everyone needed to shower to get ready to go out. The pool was very well maintained and we really appreciated the mid-week cleaning and changing of linens. Vassilis was very proactive in his communications and quick to respond to questions. The zone was quiet and we enjoyed all the areas of the villa, the stone table for dinners, the pool and the sofa part for relaxing. The kitchen was fully furnished and the rooms were very comfortable with nice decoration. We loved the garden and all the plants around the villa. As a tip, perhaps it would be a good idea to have a sign on the main and dirty road to make it easier and quicker to find it. We would definitely repeat the experience at Villa Fryni.” Almudena
